The Role:

  • Move from rapid prototypes to production-ready systems using AI-augmented practices across code, architecture, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to lift technical standards, driving new levels of productivity and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and contribute to full-stack development using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Drive quality through testing, code reviews, and AI-powered analysis
  • Design scalable, high-performance solutions enhanced by AI tools.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate DevOps best practices
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently with the support of AI insights.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and apply them in real-world projects.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong background in building scalable, secure, and reliable applications
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and prompt engineering
  • Ability to validate and refine AI-generated code with critical thinking
  • Proficiency in frontend (ReactJS) and backend (NodeJS, Java, or .NET)
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
  • Experience in solution architecture and applying AI/ML services and frameworks
  • Native mobile development (iOS, Android) or hybrid frameworks (Flutter, React Native)
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience contributing to high-performing teams
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to keep learning in the evolving AI landscape
