We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Horticulturist Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the Garden Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be maintaining our clients' commercial and residential gardens accross Sydney metro area.

In this role:

  • Work involves all aspects of garden care, maintenance, and small projects
  • Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
  • Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties both for residential and commercial properties
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and materials efficiently
  • Operate, handle, and service various tools and equipment
  • Ensure safety and compliance across your team and projects
  • Provide end-of-day / job reports
  • Inspect gardens and site assessment, generate reports, and evaluate performance
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project completion
  • Maintain a clean and organised worksite at all times
  • Attend different sites across Sydney

The ideal candidate and requirements:

  • Expertise in horticulture and landscape maintenance
  • Previous hands-on working experience in the industry
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of landscape techniques and materials, tools, and machinery
  • Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times with clients, suppliers, and the team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • Valid driver's license
