**What you’ll do in the role**:

- You will be on the tools for a large portion of the job.
- You will lead a team of developers and strive for code excellence.
- Implement a technical vision for the evolution of the codebase to suit the next wave of product development.
- Understand the reasoning behind product decisions and own implementation and architecture discussions.
- Solve complex problems by defining problems clearly, designing a suitable solution and then bringing other engineers along the delivery journey.
- Share your technical experience and reasoning to help grow other engineers in the team.
- Create/maintain a culture where developers take initiative and have autonomy
- Collaborate with product, design and delivery to achieve business goals and customer focused outcomes.
- You will make sure the company pushes the boundaries on new technologies.
- Work with the team to build on our test suite, tools used: (Cypress, Jest, Mocha)
- Your hands on and collaborative approach will see you confidently work in an Agile software development environment.
- you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**About you**:

- You have strong skills in: ReactJS, (TypeScript), Node.js, and CI/CD (AWS or equivalent)
- A strong full stack development background
- You have the desire to work in a collaborative software development environment with tangible outcomes.
- Experience in breaking down complicated tasks and collaborating with other developers
- An analytical, yet creative, approach to finding solutions

**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
