**Your new role awaits**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager - Regional Victoria & Tasmania is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to a team of Account Managers, Project Managers and across a large geographic region, ensuring they achieve their revenue targets.

This is a regional role and will ideally be **based centrally in the Regional Victoria area**.

Providing strong direction and leadership to the sales team to maximise effectiveness, capability and engagement.
- Supporting sales staff by engaging with key customers, understanding their business and needs, developing winning solutions
- Contributing to the development and leading the implementation of strong Account Management Plans.
- Promote Coates Hire’s Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about developing sales professionals and driving sales performance with proven experience gained in a similar position. Ideally this experience will have been gained in B2B selling into construction, manufacturing, and/or government or related industries.

Your experience will also include:

- The ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and qualities to lead a high performing sales team.
- The ability to develop strong customer relationships that translate into strong revenue generation and customer loyalty.
- Business planning and strategy development
- Strategic selling both personally and through others.
- A relevant tertiary education is preferred.
