About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Victorian sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance across the board. You'll play a key role in implementing strategies that boost revenue, profitability, and team performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and motivating our sales team
  • Driving a high-performance sales culture that aligns with our company values
  • Setting and delivering on KPIs and growth targets
  • Building strong customer relationships across the region
  • Collaborating with national teams on strategy and planning
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on sales performance
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience, ideally in equipment, machinery, or related fields
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales growth
  • Sales management experience — or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and support a sales team
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar reporting tools
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills
  • A solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Willingness to travel and visit customers as required
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude — ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved
