
Sale Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of leads.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Valid driver’s license.
