**Job Profile**
The role of the Team Administrator is to provide support where needed within the team. The responsibilities of this role will include data entry, communication with BDM’s and retailers regarding queries allocated and ad hoc project support where required. A successful Team Administrator is someone who shows initiative, strong time management and communication skills and has the ability to multi-task conflicting time sensitive priorities.
**The general responsibilities of this role will be to**:
- Ensure all stakeholders including customers & providers receive the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Respond to all internal queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively internally and to providers.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and provider information.
- Accountability for the quality and daily performance of all your tasks, ensuring KPI’s are met.
**Role specific responsibilities are as follows**:
- Providing support and assistance to the Service Team members including billing, transfers and resolutions specialists.
- Data Entry.
- Liaising with retailers on Contract Implementations & Transfers.
- Requesting missing invoices and data from energy retailers.
- Resolving charge disputes on billing errors.
- Reconcile and follow up on billing adjustments.
- Escalating cases to your Senior team member or manager when issues are identified.

- Equivalent experience
**Skills**
- Microsoft Office experience essential
- Good interpersonal skills
