We now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Australia national office in Sydney for a fixed term of six months, from November 2024 to early June 2025. Reporting to the Administration Manager working alongside a dedicated sales and logistics administration team, you will provide essential administrative support to the wider Australian business support office operations and assist in event management.
**Key responsibilities included**:
- Facilitate national onboarding and offboarding for staff, including travel arrangements, equipment, agenda and training plan creation.
- Provide SharePoint training and continuous improvement for the wider business.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the national office, coordinating maintenance, couriers, catering, and supply replenishment.
- Manage the mobile data fleet, including troubleshooting, contract renewals, and invoice reconciliation.
- Upload weekly sales data into the CRM and provide high levels of support to the sales team including expenses and booking team regional travel.
- Support with the creation and ordering of marketing materials.
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a medium-sized organisation.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
