We are currently experiencing major sales growth and looking for a customer centric Service Scheduler Administrator to support the State Operations Manager.
The Role Located in Silverwater, this role reports to the production manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal sales performance. This is achieved by scheduling projects & services whilst maintaining communication with clients, subcontractors & suppliers. You will be responsible for Scheduling, Planning, Projects in Progress, Project Completion and Re-works.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Review schedules and project plans against previous projects and historical lead times to ensure plans are achievable.
- Load project schedules into resource management software and allocate resources.
- Weekly meetings with Project Consultants and State Operations Manager to review and update progress against schedule.
- Review resource allocations and report to the State Operations Manager
- Monitor project costs and compare with project progress
- Communicate changes to projects with customers and project consultants
- Carry out administrative duties to support the ongoing training and development of operations teams

**What we are looking for**:
Ideally, this role would suit someone with has exceptional organisational and communications skills, who can work under pressure, and has experience in a similar role. Your great work ethic and attitude with ability to multitask, problem solve and meet deadlines will see you thrive in this role
- Computer literate with knowledge of excel and/or scheduling (Smartsheets beneficial).
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work in and develop a team environment
- Ability to change and be proactively involved in a changing work environment.
- High energy and passion with a friendly and positive outlook to meet set targets
- Persistence with difficult tasks and professionalism with clients
