**About the role at Contour Personnel**

Our client, a mid sized engineering consultancy is on the hunt for an experienced Team Administrator on a full time, permanent basis in Melbourne to provide administrative support to their Infrastructure teams, reporting into the Team Leader. Using your high levels of organisation and attention to detail, you will be the go to person for support and providing assistance across a wide range of tasks keeping your days fun, fresh and exciting

Working in an innovative and collaborative environment, this role will see you carrying out day to day tasks such as:

- Provide high level documentation administration
- Coordinate meeting, travel, training sessions etc
- Updating, maintaining and managing effective filing systems
- Reconciling travel & business expenses
- General project administration for a team of up to 25

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.
