**Job Description**:
As a result of company growth, we are seeking a Medical Engagement Manager to lead our Medical Engagement Team and medical expert panel at our Melbourne head office.
Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager this role is pivotal within the business and will focus on acquiring new clients/medical experts, business connections and retaining existing clients/medical experts and partnerships.
Success in this role will involve meeting and exceeding individual and company targets/KPIs, developing and driving innovative and creative strategies and initiatives to attract, recruit and engage new clients/medical experts, identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue, developing and further enhancing established client relationships, and delivering continued value and incentives for client loyalty and long-term retention.
In collaboration with the marketing team and GM, you will also execute targeted marketing and promotional initiatives (planned and adhoc, formal and informal) and attend national conferences, seminars, industry events, etc. to network with existing and potential new clients/medical experts, raising brand awareness, identifying new business opportunities, market and industry trends, and staying abreast of competitor activity.

**Qualifications**:
- Experience or qualifications in business, allied health, legal or insurance industries,ideally with experience in client & stakeholder management - highly regarded
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Problem-solving & initiative
- Adaptability and reliability
- High level of personal accountability
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team - leadership experience desirable
- Commercial acumen and genuine enthusiasm to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
