The Product Manger will join the Neuroscience & Rare Diseases team and their related portfolios to develop & execute brand strategy and operational plans for the ANZ business. This role is a permanent, full time role to be based at our South Yarra office.

**What you’ll do**
- Execute marketing operational plans & tactical initiatives to deliver brand financials and objectives for the brands within the Neuroscience & Rare Diseases portfolio
- Produce promotional & educational materials by developing & identifying key selling messages for customer education & promotional meetings
- Contribute to the development of long range strategic & operational plans in collaboration with cross functions stakeholders of the Brand Team
- Effectively analyse customer insights, brand performance, market trends, and competitive response to provide input into the strategic plan which addresses key challenges and capitalises on prioritised business opportunities
- Identify product and market insights and leverage in medico-marketing and sales activities
- Drive marketing engagement with Thought Leaders in line with key account plans

**You will bring to the role**
- 5 years+ experience in roles such as building brands, launch excellence, sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical or similar industries
- Proven track record of working with pharmaceutical highly specialised products
- Demonstrated experience in the ability to successfully execute operational and/or launch plans
- Proven ability to communicate, engage and influence specialists within the healthcare industry
- Established relationships and/or working knowledge of the Neurologist Medical Community
- Working knowledge of the botulinum toxin market place
- Experience in planning and/or launching of Rare Diseases products
- Fluent in English language is required
