Our clinics at East Melbourne, Collins Street, Camberwell, South Yarra and Caulfield are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team. The role is a Full Time, 12-month Fixed Term position, working Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 6.30am and 8.30pm.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Prior experience working as a medical receptionist will be highly advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
