Our client is seeking a Service Administrator for an established company in Coolum. This is a full-time, permanent role working for a reputable company.

The Service Administrator will be responsible for managing the service technicians, including customer service interactions and quoting on repairs. Providing the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Effectively manage technicians and other team members as required, to ensure team objectives are being carried out through the job management package (currently Service M8)
- Issue customers invoices and statements
- General Account matters using Xero (input invoices, follow up on outstanding payments etc)
- Ensure customer files are maintained and up-to-date
- Create quotes in a timely manner, once approved order parts and supplies as required while continually communicating with the clients
- Display working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure best practice and efficiencies are obtained
- Regularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to resolve problems and improve current methods to increase productivity and customer service
- Offer exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
- Confidential maintenance and update company records
- Performs administrative tasks and front-of-house duties
