Supporting a team of 9, this role plays a key part in the functioning of their new office in Mount Waverley. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday from the office. **RESPONSIBILITIES** These include, but are not limited to: - Support the team, including management, in all admin functions - Contribute and collaborate to provide exceptional client service - Monitor calendars and manage meeting rooms - Office management tasks including front desk - Administration including document creation and client data entry - Lodgement of tax returns, BAS, IAS etc - Train and support less experienced team members - Client correspondence - Management of ASIC annual reports **REQUIREMENTS** - Experience working in admin/support role in a professional environment - System savvy - confidence with MS Office mandatory - Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills - A positive, upbeat, can do attitude - Reliable, motivated approach to work If you think this is the role for you please click **APPLY **today and send us your most recent resume.
