**THE COMPANY**

Our client is an Australian-based company who manufactures kitchen and bathroom furniture. They are known for their bespoke solutions and quality. They have been specializing in decorative boards for 25+ years now and they have established themselves as one of the most reliable suppliers for cabinet makers and joiners. Due to the increase in demand for their product and increasing opportunity within the cabinet making space, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to manage their dynamic sales team

**THE ROLE**
- You will be responsible for managing a small team of account managers across Melbourne with responsibilities including daily reporting, budgeting, 1-1’s & coaching and development.
- You will also be getting your hands dirty and selling yourself in conjunction with the team.
- The clientele that you will be targeting will be the cabinet makers, and joiners, speaking to business owners and estimators on a daily basis. Your main objective is to identify and win new business whilst maintaining existing customer relationships.
- You will work closely with General Manager who will provide you full product training.

**THE CANDIDATE**
- A proven track record of sales management success within the building and construction is highly beneficial.
- Ideally you have a background of selling a similar solution and understand the ins and outs of the decorative building product space
- In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone who is a team player, enthusiastic and someone who is not afraid to lead by example
