**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Infectious Diseases Epidemiology team. In this role, you will provide vital support to the Team Co-Heads, Program Manager, and Principal Investigators, particularly for the high-impact STAMP (Surveillance-Transmission-Attitudes-Modelling-Policy) RSV Program.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Coordinating internal and external project meetings and ethics submissions.
- Managing contracts, agreements, and project budgets.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and community reference groups.
- Preparing project reports and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with research and ethical standards.

**About You**

You will bring a strong background in project coordination and a passion for health research. Your excellent organisational skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to your success in this role.

You will bring the following qualifications and skills:

- Tertiary qualification in health, science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in administrative or project support roles, ideally in a research or health setting.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent writing, organisational, and time management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with linked data projects or within a research institute.
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory standards.
