Your Role in Our Future

As our Clinical Project Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly across our clinical trials. You'll work collaboratively with people across the Cancer Trials Unit (CTU), plus work closely with external clinicians, sponsors, and monitors to help make sure each trial wraps up on time and on point. It's all about staying organised, keeping the lines of communication open, and making sure we're hitting the highest standards and following all the right rules along the way.

Your time will be spent;

  • Providing operational support for the day-to-day execution of multiple clinical trials simultaneously.
  • Ensuring study specific information is communicated effectively and professionally amongst all stakeholders including sponsors, patients and internal teams.
  • Supporting the implementation of process and system improvements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and develop effective relationships with participants, sponsors, monitors, vendors and internal teams.
  • Participate with the on-boarding and training of new staff and provide ongoing support and effective communication with direct reports.

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present information to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capacity to liaise with diverse teams and across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Advanced time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing and shifting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritise workloads.
  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Health Science or related field.
