Business Development Officer

**FlexiHome Care** provides a wide range of in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client's needs and want. We provide our participant services beyond what is expected from us as we want to give them the best life they can achieve within our capability.

**Purpose**

The HR Administrator is responsible for being the primary contact for employee enquiries. The role will require administration of all employee related activities including recruitment, performance management, training, and other employee relations initiatives.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Duties include but not limited to:

- Contributing to the development of programs and services to generate new sources of revenue;
- Assisting with developing long term plans and objectives for the organisation.
- Launching strategic plans, and monitoring, controlling and improving performance to meet business objectives
- Analyse current and past financial data, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
- Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we’re on track to hit revenue targets.
- Building strong relationships within the Disability sector including hospitals, mental health departments, support coordinators and the NDIS in order to identify new clients and obtain referrals for SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and SIL (Supported Independent Living)
- Contributing the fulfilment of company goals, vision and mission;
- Develop creative strategies to retain the clients to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.

**Qualifications**
- Masters degree in Business Administration with specialisation in strategic management
- Tertiary qualification in strategic management

**Experience**
- 6 months of experience in strategic planning (essential)

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the industry and business processes, including the NDIS, the NDIS Price Guide and the Specialist Disability Accommodation framework
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and organisational development
