**Job summary**

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for attracting new canibuild customers and oversee the completion of the sales process. The BDE is an individual contributor who reports to the Sales Manager ANZ.

**Job responsibilities**
- Contacting and engaging with advocates, influencers, and decision makers
- Consistently meeting or exceeding prospect contact and engagement KPIs volume
- Finding new business opportunities
- Booking meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Delivering product demonstrations to identified customers.
- Closing the sale and sign clients up onto our platform.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Maintaining all pertinent customer information and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Achieving growth and meet sales targets
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
- Communicating new product developments to clients
- Giving every customer a world class customer experience

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- MUST have a can do, will do, whatever it takes, team attitude.
- MUST be an effective closer and hungry to close.
- At least 2 years’ work experience in presenting or demonstrating products or services and closing the sale.
- Must have the business acumen to communicate with a wide variety of stake holders, from owners of SMBs to executives of large enterprise corporations.

**Benefits**
- Work location: Hybrid (work in the office + work from home)
- Compensation: Annual base salary from $70,000 + Super + Uncapped commissions
- Potential on target earnings from $130,000++ / year + Super
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm
