We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a dedicated NDIS Proivider, providing accommodation and support services for individuals with disabilities, with a strong focus on community inclusion and care.

What you will be doing
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Completing day-to-day transactional payroll data entry, data verification and successful delivery of all aspects of payroll as directed
- Responding to employee queries and ensuring compliance with SLA
- Collaborate with the HR team, fixing data, and providing support where necessary.
- Assist in the maintenance of the rostering system, with ongoing updates and improvements.
- Liaise with managers and team members to address payroll-related queries.
- Complete complex back pays calculations and LSL reconciliations

**About you**
- 3+ years payroll experience, preferably in Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services
- Proven experience in payroll administration, particularly in the healthcare or disability sector.
- Familiarity with Employment Hero, KeyPay, and Easy Employer a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of awards and compliance, specifically the SCHADS Award.
- Sound understanding of Payroll Legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with advanced Excel abilities
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
