**Opportunity**
ANC is all about appointing highly motivated people to deliver value to its clients and the best possible outcomes for our customers. We are seeking an individual to appoint to the critical role of Business Improvement Officer, in our Innovation & Technology (INT) team.
The Business Improvement Officer is an integral part of the INT team and will have product & development responsibility of our internal Operational Systems (allocation / utilization platforms), workflow and process innovation responsibility.
This role will report to the Business Improvement Manager, and work closely with other senior leaders including Business Managers, Operational Managers, and the Group Executive of Operations to ensure we have an efficient and effective operational environment. This will enable us to leverage our internal systems and technology to enhance the productivity and capacity of all teams, allowing us to deliver on the customer promise and experience.
**What we are looking for in Business Improvement Officer**:
- Experience in allocation and route Optimisation / utilisation software and platforms.
- A passion for building and improving the ways of working and capability that enable people to be successful, most meaningfully, internal stakeholders interacting with our Operational systems and platforms.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrable results of working across organisational teams and boundaries.
- Experience with taking initiative in a constantly changing work environment, with resilience to overcome challenges and deliver in fluid conditions.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Lead, plan, execute and manage the continual development and deployment of our allocation / optimisation and utilisation platforms / tools throughout the organisation.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of the outcomes produced by the allocation / optimisation and utilisation platforms / tools to co-create strategies for improvement with Operational leaders.
- Define, design, and implement improvements to operational processes that allow ANC to continually improve the customer, driver and employee experience.
- Establish best practise operational processes and capabilities across cross functional teams to ensure consistency in operational outcomes.
- Provide training and support to the Operational Teams and Leaders on process innovation and continuous improvement changes.
