**Our client**

Based in Lytton, we have exciting opportunity for anyone looking to lock in a career with a large Queensland branded company. We are currently searching for an Admin Officer who is looking for full time permanent employment. The role will be office based (air conditioned), working at your own work station providing assistance with customers, drivers and general operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the preparation of invoices
- Responding to billing enquiries
- Supporting container tracking and billing
- Entering approved Accounts Payable invoices
- Timesheet data entry checks
- Support Compliance and management data reporting
- Helping with customer enquiries
- Providing general office administration support

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- High level of communication & interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within Transport services
- Time Management Skills
- Computer Skills
- Ability to work autonomously
