We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our Lytton, QLD team. If you love problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you

The Role

  • Process and manage driver run sheets and log book pages.
  • Monitor driver onsite times and work with our Allocator team to reduce wait times.
  • Coordinate freight bookings and ensure accuracy in customer booking sheets.
  • Support payroll submissions to ensure smooth weekly pay cycles.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry & compliance tracking.
  • Communicate efficiently and respond to email queries in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with a friendly and supportive team.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

About You

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong IT literacy and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to build strong working relationships.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Time management expert – able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
  • Customer service mindset – professional, approachable, and solution-focused.
