Key Duties and responsibilities include:
The details of your role will include the following:

- Provide helpful customer service via the telephone.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Checking and responding to customer enquiries.
- Prepare detailed quotes for customers and follow up on them as required.
- Varying administrative duties as required.

A key part of the role will be to recognise and develop leads within the business. This may involve looking for support from other functions within the business such as our projects team.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- High level administrative and organisational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- A bright, positive, and willing nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong numerical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional grammatical and vocabulary skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
