Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, particularly within the ophthalmic or medical fields, and a strong background in using ERP systems, taking and processing orders, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Take and process customer orders accurately through our ERP system.

  • Manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory for seamless order fulfillment.

  • Assist in the coordination of product deliveries and returns.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the ophthalmic or medical industry.

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for order processing and inventory management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
