Expert Scheduler

Our Carbon Savers team is growing, and we are looking for a new scheduler to join our fun office environment

**Who we are -**

At Carbon Savers we have been working in the renewable energy sector for the past 15 years. We provide homes and businesses with free energy efficient products that reduce the amount of power our customers use. This means they spend less money on thier power bills and reduce their carbon emmissions.

**About the role: -**

We need a scheduling expert to manage the schedules for 10+ electricians each day. this includes:

- Organising the electricians schedules. Each electrician will have 10+ appointments to visit per day. This means we schedule over 100 appointments daily
- Ammend, adjust and reschedule appointments throughout the day based on how each electrician is tracking
- Updating customers and electricians on any schedule changes (customer service)
- Updating the CRM and google sheets where needed

**What we need from you -**
- Great organisations skills
- Able to manage travel logistics (all appointments are within a 20 minute radius)
- Customer service experience, good verbal communication
- Reporting skills
- Able to work to deadlines and targets
- Someone who wants to contribute towards team culture
- Previous experience at scheduling or admin is preferred for this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
