**About the role**:

One permanent full-time Writer Representative opportunity to join a dynamic, friendly, passionate, and well-established member focused department to be based from our Melbourne office (preferred).
Reporting to the Manager of Writer Services, you will be expected to support writer members of APRA AMCOS with many aspects of their membership and royalty collection. It involves liaison with APRA AMCOS writer members, relationship management, plus a variety of APRA AMCOS writer membership administrative tasks.
**Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide professional, yet personalised membership support to current and prospective members.
- Tasks include resolving member queries, provide current company procedures and membership policy information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for increased representation.
- Music industry engagement through attending APRA AMCOS membership and music industry functions
- Co-ordination, budgeting, participation and evaluation as required for member events (virtually and face to face)
- Public speaking and presentations to education institutions as required
- Professionally and successfully execute reports and prepare statistical information.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support services, correspondence and database management relating to writer members.
- Constantly deal with highly confidential information Build and leverage established relationships and working with other internal departments to resolve complex queries
**Skills and Experience:
- As you will be the first point of contact, excellent communication skills are essential with a proven ability to establish positive professional relationships with members.
- Strong problem solving, planning, and organising skills.
- Exceptional member and customer service skills
- Outstanding attention to detail, initiative and be able to work well under pressure.
