ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service Centre Coordinator is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU
You are someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences by;
- Providing accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
- Maintaining and update customer records in the database.
- Contributing to the development of customer service scripts, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiently using customer service software, CRMs, and other relevant tools.
- Utilising strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
