As we expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a skilled **Performance Marketing Specialist** to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement across digital and offline channels.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive company growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support the development of pricing and promotional strategies.
- Oversee the creation and optimisation of digital content, including landing pages, social media posts, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and high consumer engagement.
- Manage and optimise digital paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google, achieving strong ROI and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategies.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including tasks such as copywriting, artwork development, and media scripting.
- Advise on marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, sales promotions, and distribution channels to maximise market coverage.
- Plan and create content for social media platforms, enhancing online presence and engaging broader audiences.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- At least 2 years of experience working as a marketing specialist in the e-commerce fashion industry.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in digital content creation, campaign optimisation, and market research.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Familiarity with consumer trends in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
