About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Lifeblood your role is all about making magic happen in the digital world. You'll be the mastermind behind crafting, launching, and fine-tuning digital marketing campaigns that not only grab attention but also hit those bullseye business goals. Your main gig? Driving people to donate blood like superheroes.

But it's not just about launching campaigns. You'll be our secret weapon for keeping things fresh. Tweaking settings here, polishing ad lingo there, testing new landing pages - you name it, you'll be on it like a pro. Of course, you'll be the bearer of good news too, whipping up reports and presentations to show off our wins and share brainy insights with the team. Your super power? Turning data into dynamite decisions that keep us ahead of the game in future campaigns.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years specialist marketing and communications experience focused on digital performance management.

Experience as a part of a digital marketing agency highly desirable.

A focus on achieving measurable results and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, customer acquisition, ROI, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. This includes using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant analytics platforms.
