The Rundown

Digital Divide is a group of digital marketing agencies including Reform Digital, Websavvy and Marketing Core. We work with a range of fantastic clients across all things digital marketing.

We are searching for a passionate Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who loves thinking outside the box for campaign builds, can communicate with clients about their strategy and is a wizard at producing top quality paid ads performance for our large range of clients. You will wake up thinking about performance marketing and how you can better campaigns, whilst working with a team of hard-working and switched on colleagues.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketer to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Social platforms. You'll work closely with our delivery and strategy teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns that exceed goals.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Leverage data and insights to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure clients see a strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate with our account managers and creative team to bring campaigns to life.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities.
  • Support and mentor junior team members as a senior voice in the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience is a bonus).
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other key social channels.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable diving into data and making recommendations.
  • Open to upskilling and helping train fellow team members across all platforms.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Centre is a MUST.
