We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
Reporting directly to Head Of Performance, You'll play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and boosting brand awareness by developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms for our clients.

In this exciting role, you'll:

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant channels, aligned with our client's overall marketing strategy.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure maximum reach and impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make strategic adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest paid advertising trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of paid advertising efforts with other marketing initiatives.
  • Appear in video content for our brand that dives into technical detail about your day to day role

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in paid advertising, preferably with a focus on B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing effective paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Tracking Pixels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Not be camera shy

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
