An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. This position will involve working closely with the Management team and being an integral part of driving sales and growth. The role is committed to providing tactical direction, team building, coaching, leadership, and delivering the best service to clients and customers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
As the Marketing Specialist, your daily duties will include but are not limited to:

- Analysing consumer patterns and preferences using available data
- Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns, effectively
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics to continuously refine business strategy
- Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Plan and implement new tools or platforms to improve marketing efficiency
- Design and implement effective market strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Support business growth through targeted lead generation
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare marketing reports using campaign data, web analytics, and audience insights
- Design and implement data-driven social media strategies to build brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support digital growth

**Qualification, Experience and Skills**
- Professional qualification at a Degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- At least 2 - 3 years’ related work experience in marketing
- Experience in strategic and performance management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage, lead and coordinate team members
- Strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills.
- Developed understanding of customer needs including customer satisfaction strategies and providing high quality service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
