We are on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist as part of the organisation’s marketing team, working closely with our global marketing team from different time zones to implement marketing activities to overseas countries.

Managing a small but motivated team, you will brainstorm and execute digital marketing strategies, preparing you into a full-fledged Digital Marketing Manager role in the longer term.

Who We’re Looking For

The digital marketing specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing online marketing campaigns (paid as well as organic) to enhance our brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing ad campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Conduct A/B testing of various content and analysing/reporting results
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

What you'll need to succeed:

- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
- At least 4years of experience as a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist
- At least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing paid digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with key digital marketing measurement matrices (including but not limited to - CPM, CPC, CTR, ARPU etc)
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- A good amount of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with online UX
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Mandarin speaking preferred

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
