We are currently on the lookout for a performance marketing specialist with a strong background in Google and Meta ads to join one of Melbourne's top digital marketing agencies.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic, agile and collaborative digital marketing agency that fosters a brilliant company culture. In this role you will be on the tools, implementing and optimising campaigns across Google and Meta. Additionally, you will be managing the day to day client relationship, acting as the face of the agency and taking full ownership of the relationship.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing channels as per the clients business needs.
  • Analysing past campaign performance, providing insights and making improvements.
  • Own full-funnel campaign execution across digital channels, including planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Continuously test and optimise campaigns.
  • Run weekly meetings with clients and report on campaign performance and future recommendations.
