**About you**

We’re seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Paid Marketing specialist desired for an immediate start. You will work in a team responsible for driving growth for the Bookipi group.

This is an opportunity to bring your skills and experience to an environment where you will make a difference.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years’ work experience in a similar role
- The ability to adapt to new environments and work well with others
- Capable of effectively working autonomously/Self starter
- Experience in managing paid marketing activities (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc)

**Day to day responsibilities**
- Create and Manage a strong performance marketing strategy
- Develop and manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics and deliver leads
- Monitor and report on campaign performance

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
