**Financial Analyst**
- **A**SX1**00** **P**r**operty Developer**:

- **6-month plus contract** w**ith** permanent opportunity**:

- **$400 - $440 + super day rate**

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing multi-national property developer as a Financial Analyst. You will be supporting the senior Finance Manager with decision-making by identifying risks and opportunities with investment options and project developments.

**Location = **less than 10mins walk from the nearest station in CBD

**Responsibilities within this role will include**:

- Financial Reporting
- Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysing on a project level
- Review & Resolve reconciliations and contribute to the year-end reporting processes
- Making and implementing recommendations and ideas to drive top-line performance growth.

**Key requirements within the role include**
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen; ideally someone already in a financial/commercial analyst role already, looking for greater responsibility
- Able to demonstrate good examples of working with budgets, forecasts, and planning processes especially with KPIs and cost report generation
- Someone who has worked for a medium/large business who has dealt with senior stakeholders
- Someone who has closely worked with offshore teams based in India.

**Skills & Experience**
- CA/CPA qualification, degree with a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- Experience in Infrastructure (or) Property is highly desirable
- Excellent Excel skills

You will be required to work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
