**Job Description**:
Partnering with the ANZ Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, the Commercial Analyst is responsible for the end to end financial and operational support for these departments. With a focus on understanding the key business drivers, you’ll look to improve performance and optimise processes, including data analysis, insights, reporting and strategy. We’re looking for someone who understands how to drive real measurable impact through these efforts.
- Look at data strategically and find new ways to collect, view and analyse data that can make meaningful impacts.
- Analyse the ANZ customer portfolio and resourcing; assist the Commercial Finance Manager in designing plans to best address growth and retention goals.
- Develop a methodology to accurately predict and forecast quarterly retention across the ANZ renewal portfolio.
- Work closely with the Commercial Operations team and business stakeholders to ensure metrics are well understood and aligned to delivering overall region goals.
- Support the Commercial Finance Manager with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand risks and opportunities in their respective teams/departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree - Business/ Commerce or similar. CA/ CPA qualified is preferred (or working towards qualification).
- Previous experience as a Commercial Analyst or Business Partner, experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills are used to manage multiple projects with flawless execution, delivering to a tight deadline.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the drivers of growth in a growing business.
- A high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Experience with financial and ERP systems such as Netsuite, PBCS, Looker and Salesforce viewed favourably.
