**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
Due to an internal promotion, we have a great opportunity to join our Vegetable Seeds Sales team, where the core focus is developing and maintaining sustainable customer focused relationships. Leveraging your agronomic expertise, you will facilitate the trials, launch, stewardship and sales of our vegetable seeds within your designated territory.

Based from Victoria, your territory will cover mainly regional Victoria and a small amount of customers in Tasmania. Your core client group will include growers, nurseries, processors, market agents and distributor resellers.

**_ Do something that moves you._**:
This role offers variety through product development and stewardship (65%)
- Designing and executing on-farm vegetable seed trials to generate demand
- Collecting data and grower feedback from vegetable seed trials
- Sharing trial data and agronomic insights with customers, to improve yield and performance
- Promptly responding to any customer product concerns or complaints

Sales and Account Management (35%)
- Continually build effective relationships to optimise customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop, maintain, and promote our vegetable seed varieties to increase awareness and strategically achieve targets and market share growth
- Maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge, to enable you to confidently translate technical product information into commercial benefits for customers
- Forecast allocation and distribution timelines
- Accurately produce sales forecasting, monthly and quarterly sales reports and industry updates to wider team and management

**_ Does this sound like you?_**:

- A strong track record in Crop agronomy or Agricultural sales is essential.
- A genuine interest in Vegetable Seeds and growing produce.
- An Agricultural degree or relevant industry experience.
- Willingness to travel 30% of your working week to meet customers, or conduct field activities.
- Experience planning and executing field trials, or aptitude to learn planning and execution.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and engaging presentation skills.
- Ability to build and leverage strong customer and industry relationships with external partners.
- Current drivers’ licence
