**What’s the opportunity?**
We are seeking an experienced **Regional Sales Manager **to join the team
In this hands-on position, you will lead, motivate, and support the team, ensuring alignment with our business goals and a first-class customer experience across our dealer network.
As the Regional Sales Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Drive the achievement of sales targets for Subaru models across your region, fostering collaboration with central teams to meet financial and operational objectives.
- Manage communication, promotion, and motivation across the dealer network to increase sales of Subaru vehicles, parts, and accessories, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Understand market trends and positioning opportunities for Subaru products to maximize sales and align with customer demands.
- Oversee regional program implementation, monitor dealer performance, and ensure CSI and reputation standards are met.
- Manage regional sales activities, identify sales opportunities, and drive the execution of the Sales Business Plan.
- Support dealers in achieving their business plans, ensuring alignment with sales targets and marketing initiatives.
- Provide monthly reports on KPI achievements, implementing action plans to address any underperformance.
- Develop regional plans to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS), monitoring dealer-level efforts to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for regional activities, ensuring optimal use of resources.
**About you**:
- Extensive experience in sales or as a regional rep, with proven skills in relationship management and achieving targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to inspire others.
- A confident, energetic team player who can effectively communicate and influence across a diverse network.
- Experience within the automotive industry or a franchise/distributor retail network.
- A background in leading high-performing teams.
