Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to drive profitable growth in the Eastern States region.

The successful candidate will lead a large team of Account Managers, Growth Leaders, and Field Service Engineers/Representatives. They will be accountable for the development and execution of the strategic growth plan for this region, aligned with the larger Oceania region strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new innovative strategic growth plans and sales campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline within existing customer base and target new customers and markets
  • Deliver on KPIs and profitable growth through innovation
  • Risk-taking, creativity, and innovation to ensure achievement of targets
  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver on account management excellence and service excellence pillars
  • Coach and mentor the sales team and service team
  • Lead a culture of ethics, quality, and EHS
  • P&L leadership of territory with focus on business profitability
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Science
  • Ability to travel locally approximately 50% of the time
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience selling and/or marketing complex solutions and/or technical sales in the water treatment industry
  • Technical knowledge of industrial water treatment applications
  • Strong past track record of leading diverse teams to commercial success
  • Ability to effectively lead people and operate in a matrix organization
  • Proven analytical skill set and strategic mindset
