The primary purpose of this role is to drive and execute strategies that enable the business to meet growth objectives, and support initiatives alongside the global Commercial Team. As a Regional Business Manager within the Commercial Office team, this role will be focused on providing support and direction in the development and implementation of best practice business strategies, commercial analysis, operational changes and business process initiatives to drive sustainable and consistent business practices that generate positive financial outcomes across the various business regions

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- The role is accountable for analysis, assisted implementation and maintenance of key business and change initiatives for Commercial.- Support the Head of Business Partnerships to understand regional business challenges or inefficiencies that are best resolved by introducing scalable and repeatable practices- Work closely with the assigned regional Commercial Team(s) to design, influence and execute global initiatives that will expand Iress Commercial Ways of Working and build a sustainable operating model that supports our growth potential.- Develop strong relationships with the Commercial Directors and Leads to drive implementation of a global sales methodology and be the champion for your region to ensure adoption to a global standard way of working.- Be the conduit between the global Commercial Office Team and regional Commercial leadership group to communicate and facilitate a variety of projects and initiatives and supporting and inputting in their implementation and continued adoption- Provide strong messaging to effectively influence key stakeholders to drive prioritisation and outcomes- Provide commercial and strategic analysis to support Business Partnership team initiatives or stakeholder relationships.- Support the adoption of frameworks and processes across the commercial regions to improve consistency and quality of service provided to clients.- Provide support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives, including Project Slingshot ongoing delivery of work, and assist with ‘go to market’ strategies for products and services.- Continuously monitor global CRM usage through active engagement with key stakeholders in relevant regions.- Local coordination of management and board reporting, pipeline and activity tracking and other communication and measurement requirements in support of regional Commercial Directors and Commercial Office team

What you will bring:
- 3+ years proven project management experience- Demonstrated experience building and executing strategic frameworks- Strong understanding of the financial services industry- Strong understanding of Iress Commercial business- Strong financial acumen and an understanding of regional budgets and revenue targets- Demonstrates sound leadership capabilities- Demonstrates resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility and a relentless drive to ensure business success- Committed to driving a culture of continuous improvement- Demonstrate the ability to successfully influence senior management, executives and key clients- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail- Excellent planning & prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently- Ability to quickly assess complex issues and discern the key messages- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate messages clearly to all levels of an organisation- Outstanding organisational skills to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
