Regional Business Development Manager

The Opportunity:

This is your chance to join our dynamic Oil and Technical Services team as a Regional Business Development Manager. You'll be at the forefront of delivering tailored equipment solutions across Automotive, Heavy Machinery, and Engineering sectors.

  • You'll manage and grow a profitable customer portfolio, focusing on business development and relationship building within Metro Melbourne and strategic regional locations throughout Victoria.
  • You'll drive our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives.
  • You'll proactively manage prospects and customer relationships through the sales cycle.
  • You'll network between our business units to ensure solutions are available to all large projects.
  • You'll provide reporting on financial and sales performance.

About You:

You'll bring excellent B2B relationship skills with a proven track record of building and retaining existing business.

  • You'll have experience and understanding of the Technical Waste Industry, Bulk Liquids, or Transport & Logistics.
  • You'll have effective commercial acumen, solid negotiating and influencing skills.
  • You'll have experience using Customer Relationship Management software and intermediate MS Office skills.
  • You'll have a collaborative communication style with an outstanding new business/sales track record.
  • You'll have the ability to work autonomously, well-organised, self-motivated, with outstanding presentation skills and highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
