The Customer Account Credit Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on credits; managing day-to-day investigation and processing of customer credits. This dual role ensures the smooth operation of credit processes and ensures we maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving account-related issues promptly. This role will

also support the customer service team in completing general customer service tasks, processing orders and answering phones calls

Location - Ingleburn, New South Wales

This role is a 4 day a week role, or 30.4hrs per week.

**The Impact You'll Make;**

**Accounts Management**:

- Prepare and issue credit notes accurately and promptly
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Facilitate return of credited items

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to account issues, in a professional manner.
- Ensure prompt follow up to customer inquiry, resolving complaints or issue related to accounts and orders efficiently, escalating where necessary

**Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with other departments, including sales, and warehouse, to investigate and resolve any
- account or billing-related issues.
- Provide support to the customer service team with ad hoc projects or tasks as required
- Provide reporting to the team to show count and value of credits processed, identifying root cause trends
