Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities** - Delivering a specialised service by the receipt, processing and releasing of customer orders and credits, ensuring the customers’ delivery requirements are achieved and that all information processed is accurate. - Establishing meaningful contact and interaction with PPG customers providing accurate information on stock availability and delivery enquiries. - Maintaining close liaison with Production and Warehouse to facilitate the provision of customer satisfaction. - Conveying all other customer enquiries onto appropriate PPG personnel located at Head Office or State Offices - Assist customers with any technical query they may have. - Keeping customer details and price files up to date within the Traverse system. - Help to raise local Purchase Orders for materials. - Supporting other PPG departments/personnel achieve their team goals by providing an accurate, and supportive service. - Administration assistance to the Account Payable team, by providing all necessary paperwork to allow suppliers to be paid and assisting with paperwork and questions at Audit time. **Qualifications** - A natural problem solver and, you will communicate well with partners, customers, and colleagues - online and on the phone. - High-level digital literacy with proficiency to navigate through multiple systems (SAP and CRM experience would be advantageous) - You will always look for improved solutions and ways of working in collaborative, team-based environment. - You will put customers first and understand the value of building relationships - you're detailed and accountable for everything you do. - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. - To work hours that corresponds to New Zealand hours and follow New Zealand Public Holidays **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
