Our client is an Australian-owned organisation that designs, manufactures and distributes a diverse range of engineered products on a global scale. A position has become available for an experienced **Customer Service Officer** accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.

**As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Processing a high volume of orders across Australia and New Zealand through ERP system
- Answering customer calls, enquiries and addressing any potential concerns
- Managing and allocating all incoming faxes and responding quickly to requirements
- Following up on expected deliveries, including liaising with 3PLs to ensure on-time fulfilment and missing items
- Purchase order management, including processing, back-ordering, account maintenance, claims, service, and warranty
- Support sales teams across Australia and New Zealand

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
- Attention to detail with proven accuracy or response and data entry
- Have a calm demeanour with a professional and articulate communication style, both verbal and written
- Computer literate with working knowledge of ERP systems
- Time management with the ability to methodically multi-task and organise work priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with others whilst completing tasks autonomously
