Our client, a team of highly regarded eye surgeons has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join an established specialist practice.

In this busy role you will need to confidently handle patients and doctor enquiries simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing patient payments, invoicing, processing Medicare payments
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Daily banking and reconciliation
- PA support to the surgeon
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Preparing theatre lists and booking surgeries
- Surgical quotations and follow ups
- Covering reception when required
- Staff Rosters
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in medical software
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and work ethic
- Demonstrate initiative
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
- Professional and compassionate manner
- Committed to superior customer service
