**About the role**:

Permanent full-time opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to provide accounting support to the Icon Pharmacy finance team. Based at our Mount Waverley office, you will report to the Financial Accountant to support business outcomes and business process improvements under the umbrella of Icon Pharmacy Services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with internal Accounts receivable & Accounts payable tasks including data entry and creation of invoices
- Internal entity AR, AP and loan matrix reconciliations
- Weekly Bank reconciliations across multiple entities (including Till reconciliations from pharmacy sites)
- Data entry and bookkeeping
- General administration duties
- Assistance with BAS reporting
- Assist with month end tasks as required including journal entries to meet Group reporting timelines.
- Assisting the broader pharmacy finance team with adhoc tasks and projects.

**Skills and experiences require**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and self-driven
