Located close to home in Tullamarine with onsite parking
- Permanent role paying $60,000-$70,000 plus superannuation

**Position Description**:
Directly reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:

- Provide assistance to the Financial Controller
- Assist with preparing financial accounts
- Data entry
- Monitoring debtor and creditor payments
- Monitoring receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash flow
- Assisting with preparing month end and year end
- Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Provide assistant to the finance team
- Ad hoc duties as required

- Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (2-4 years ideally)
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
